Geraci Law is one of the largest consumer bankruptcy firms in the U.S. with offices in Illinois Indiana and Wisconsin, and over 100 attorneys and staff concentrating in representing working people who need to eliminate or consolidate their debt. With more than 30 locations, and almost 35,000 five star reviews in the last 3 years alone, more people choose Geraci Law to represent them that just about any other law firm.

That’s why so many people pick Geraci Law. Experienced lawyers, fair fees, payment plans, no money down if you qualify. Text messages and reminders, instructional videos, tips on raising your credit score. And you get to use the Geraci Law Client Corner right on your cell phone or tablet to upload documents and message us 24/7. You get to take my 2 hour debtor education course for only $25, so you can learn how to make your life better.

So, when you put together 40 years’ experience, reliability, 35,000 five star reviews, convenient offices, payment plans, why pay the same and not get the name? Geraci Law. Every year, clients across the country ask Geraci Law to eliminate or consolidate over $1 Billion in debt. Our attorneys have over 500 years total combine experience.

Does a bankruptcy cost less at Geraci Law? Yes. The cost of a bankruptcy is not only the fee you pay, but what you get in terms of guidance, debt reduction, and preservation of assets.

Do I “lose” anything by filing a bankruptcy with Geraci Law? Nothing but your DEBTS! We are very careful with houses, cars, bank accounts and property, especially under Chapter 7. We protect your assets.

Any reason I should not file a bankruptcy? Sometimes, and we will tell you if we think you should not file. Some reasons are: A court would not approve a discharge, you need to wait between filings depending on the chapter, you have too much income or property, or you want to discharge debts that are, by law, not dischargeable.

There are plenty of secrets involved with bankruptcy proceedings, that not to many people know, such as “some student loans are dischargeable”, and “some tax debts can be eliminated”. I’ll tell you more secrets in the next Chapters.
